To submit Entries, participants are required to:


Step 1: Purchase any one of Alavie product(s) in asingle receipt (or any “Proof of Purchase”) with No Minimum Spend from any of our official online stores & official website listed as below within the Contest Period.


Step 2: Snap a clear picture of the Proof of Purchase/receipt.


Step 3: Send the following information via WhatsApp to +6011-1093 5212.


  • Clear picture of the Proof of Purchase/Receipt (s)
  • Full Name as per shipping details


There is no limit to the number of Entries submitted provided each Entry submitted fulfils the Contest conditions set out herein. There is No Minimum Spend in a single Proof of Purchase shall constitute as (1) one Entry. We suggest you retain the Receipt or Proof of Purchase for verification purposes for any in cases purpose.


Entries where the purchase for the Alavie Products in a single Proof of Purchase will automatically be given a running serial number(s) based on every Proof of Purchase.


For Proof of Purchase with a purchase including at least ONE (1) Alavie products, a total of one (1) serial numbers will be allocated.

  1. Combination of receipts or repetition usage of receipt are not allowed and will deems invalid.
  2. The WhatsApp number used for submission of the Contest shall be deemed as the valid contact number throughout the Contest Period (1 May – 20 June 2023).
  3. We do not accept any alteration of Proof of Purchase in any form. Handwritten receipt,  Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes will not be accepted as Proof of Purchase.
  4. Notwithstanding any of the above, we reserve the right to request for further evidence in the processing of the Entry including identification documents and shipping detailsfor verification prior to the delivery of the prizes. Failure to produce any of the foregoing documents within the stipulated time frame will result indisqualification and forfeiture of the prizes.

 

Entry Deadline 

All Entry(ies) must be received by the Organizer on or before 20th June 2023. Any Entry received outside the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified.

 

VerificationDetails / Verification of Entries

  1. Clear snapshot of the Proof of Purchase
  2. Validity of the purchased date
  3. Purchase any one or more of Alavie products
  4. No Duplication or repetition of Receipt(s)
  5. No alteration of receipt in any form; store name, item(s) purchased, prices and transaction date.


Disqualified receipt/document as proof of purchase includes

a)      Credit Card Slips

b)     Handwritten Receipts

c)      Refund/Return  of Purchase Slips

d)     Purchase Order

e)     Delivery Note

 

Winner Selection           

WINNER SELECTION METHOD: As part of the winner selection process, the Organizer will tabulate and verify the Entries received. Entries which have been verified and approved to be a successful entry by the Organizer (“Qualified Entries”) will be allocated a set of serial number.

 

Shortlisted entries selected based on the serial number selection will be informed or contacted via WhatsApp from the contest number +6011-1093 5212.

Term & conditions

  1.       Customer will be entitled to one (1) lucky draw coupon for every spent on Alavie product(s) at any of our official store and official website. No minimum spend per receipt per draw.
  2.       Hi-Beau Malaysia & Alavie Malaysia has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating inthe contest without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason
  3.           The Spend & Win Contest is open from 1st May 2023 to 20th June 2023. Draw will be announced at our social media channel accordingly.
  4.       Customer will be required to fully complete the steps as per mentioned above to entitle 1 entry(ies)
  5.       All details and particulars submitted in the Proof of Purchase must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible Proof of Purchase will be disqualified.
  6.       Each winner is only entitled to win one prize, regardless of how many times their lucky draw coupons are picked. Hi-Beau Malaysia & Alavie Malaysia shall be entitled to disregard the second and subsequent picks and re-pick a winner.
  7.       Hi-Beau Malaysia & Alavie Malaysia shall contact the Winners via social media within seven (7) days of the conduct of the Spend & Win Contest.
  8.       Prizes will be given in form of shipping method and the winners are required to send their shipping details (Name,Address & Tel) to Hi-Beau Malaysia & Alavie Malaysia for redemption purpose.
  9.       The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.
  10.       Hi-Beau Malaysia & Alavie Malaysia shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss,injury, damage, or delay arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond Hi-Beau Malaysia & Alavie Malaysia’s reasonable control or any malfunctioning of ordefect in or failure of any of the prize or any loss of the use of any prize.
